After graduating from Cambridge, with undergraduate and post-graduate degrees, I worked as a Management Consultant for 15 years, specialising in Change Management. I reached a senior level at a young age, working for multinationals such as PwC, IBM, Accenture, BP and Visa Europe, successfully running large portfolios and change programmes. This involved working in high stress environments, doing long hours and I saw all too often the impact that modern life can have on people’s health. So I decided to train as a health and wellbeing professional and having already set up a successful consultancy business, I established Holland Wellbeing.
My approach is one of collaboration and encouragement, teaching you the tools and techniques to enable you to take control over your own health. I have taken this approach to large corporates, delivering seminars, webinars and workshops on a range of health topics. In addition, I take on a limited number of private clients to work with on a one to one or small group basis.
I am a fully qualified and insured Master Personal Trainer, with membership of the Register of Exercise Professionals. I hold specialist qualifications in working with people with health issues and am also a qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique (Interactive Teaching Method).
